Tamil Nadu Dragons will cross swords against UP Rudras in match 12  of the ongoing Hockey India League at the Birsa Munda Hockey Stadium in Rourkela on Sunday,  January 5. (More Hockey News)

The Dragons enter the encounter, having won 6-5 on penalties against the Kalinga Lancers, and are fourth on the points table with three points from two games. 

Hockey India President Dilip Tirkey expressed his enthusiasm and stated: "This bilateral series against Germany will be a remarkable showcase of world-class hockey. Both India and Germany have a rich history in the sport, and this series will give fans an opportunity to witness an intense competition between two of the most formidable teams in the world.

While on the other hand, the Rudras have been sensational thus far in the campaign, winning both their matches and sit pretty at the top of the points table with six points from two, and will be hopeful of riding the momentum wave.
